Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

A major problem is when the item:



•has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it before the purchase;


•is unsafe to use;

If the problem is not major, we will either replace the item or repair it within a reasonable time. 

Proof of purchase will be required and we may need to assess the product to determine whether or not you are entitled to a refund, replacement.
