Privacy

Please be assured House of Baltic Linen will protect your right to privacy. Your personal details will not be disclosed or sold. All information will be used solely to process orders.

Ordering

Orders can be made online via our secure server order form. Please note all information remains confidential. All our products are handmade to order and turnaround is between 2 to 8 weeks, depending on each individual order. We may cancel your order if:

  • goods are no longer available;
  • we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment;
  • if there has been a pricing or product description error.


Order cancellation

We do not offer order cancellations.

If your order has been already dispatched to you, you may return goods you have ordered for a refund within 9 days from receiving your parcel (please refer to Returns/Exchanges).

Pricing

All our pricing at House of Baltic Linen is in US Dollars (USD). You will be able to change currency settings to view prices in all other major currencies.

Payment

House of Baltic Linen uses Paypal which allows payments from both: Paypal account and credit or debit cards. Paypal is global leader in online payments, so your payments transferred to sales@houseofbalticlinen.com will reach us fast and secure.

Once you've been prompted to enter Paypal payment gateway and you have Paypal account then simply login with your account details and make a payment.

If you don't have Paypal account you can pay by your credit or debit card through Paypal gateway. All credit and debit cards are accepted by Paypal payment system. Simply follow Paypal instructions to process the card payment. Your credit card information is strictly confidential- House of Baltic Linen will not have any access to this information.

Once your payment have been processed you will receive confirmation email as well as shipment (tracking) details when order is dispatched.

Items out of stock

All our products are made to order, which means only limited quantities may be available for immediate dispatch. If product is not available in stock the estimated shipping date for the product is normally between 4 to 8 weeks.

Our online ordering system will advise if your chosen product is not in stock.

Should this happen, please email us: sales@houseofbalticlinen.com and we will advise you on estimated delivery time.

Custom Orders

If you like our products but can't find the right size, or simply wish custom tailored item, please contact us via email: sales@houseofbalticlinen.com and we will be happy to assist you with your order and advise you on delivery terms. No minimum quantities apply for custom orders.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

All items at House of Baltic Linen are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged / broken in transit contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement. Faulty Goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange or refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy.
